There is a lot to love about California, but we have missed fall in the midwest. The air is crisp and the leaves are changing, we're really enjoying this season. This weekend we picked apples at a nearby orchard. We all had a lot of fun and the apples are delicious! Later in the week Marty, one of Chad's coworkers, invited us to pick pumpkins from his garden (really its almost a small farm). Riley loved riding in the trailer and we chose some great pumpkins to carve for Halloween. He also hooked us up with peppers, various squash and some other random vegetables. What a great time of year!
