Easter was so fun this year with a toddler. Riley really got into the whole bunny and eggs concept. We colored eggs and put stickers on them. The next morning she was ecstatic to see her Easter basket full of gifts from the Easter Bunny. She played with her basket most of the morning, we didn't even start the egg hunt until after church. Even though the bunny only hid 10 eggs, the hunt lasted all day; Riley was content to find just a few at a time. Our friend Jess hosted another egg hunt and lunch. Riley was the only kid and reveled in the attention. She also ate a lot of ham, we found a meat that she likes! That evening Chad grilled a rack of lamb to perfection and we enjoyed a family celebration. It was a special day for all of us.
