We finally had a few days above freezing! Its funny how warm and balmy 34 degrees can feel after the arctic weather we've had for months. The girls and I enjoyed some time outside and had fun building a snowman. Of course, its going to be cold again soon so our time outside is limited.
My Mom, sister and Dale have come up to visit for a few days before Amy starts her new job. The girls have loved having extra playmates and showing off all they can do. When Riley decided to have a Care Bear themed birthday party she called Aunt Amy and asked if she would make her some fondant Care Bears. Since Amy was in the middle of a move Riley had to wait until now for that promise to be fulfilled. They have had a blast crafting these little bears! I've really appreciated the help with cooking and cleaning and they have made my birthday very special weeks before it happens. We're all thrilled to have Aunt Amy back in the midwest.
